This is my first official blog. It's like 12:26pm and I'm stuck here at Convergys working. Yes, I'm one of those call center freaks who take in calls while you're all sleeping at night. Gee whiz, been with this company for over a year now.. so called part of the Pioneer batch (wave 1).. but that doesn't really matter because this Company SUCKS!! As in, SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's like no room for growth here even if we've been here for a year. You have to kiss some ass if you wanna get promoted here or better yet, lick some ass. YUCK!! As if! As if I'm gonna do that. To hell with them. I'm not the type who would do that noh. No way!! Anyway, this company stinks. They make people think that this is such a great company. It's NOT! The only good thing about this company is the packaging.. but that's just it.. just packaging. Yeah yeah, we have nice billboards and ads and stuff, but once you get in here, you'll realize you made the wrong decision. Convergys is like a HELL HOLE. You have to take LOADS of calls, sell stuff, take in credit card applications and the likes.. with no commission at all. HELLO DUH!!! This is like the only company that doesn't give commission. SUCKS! BIG TIME!!!!!! Don't get me wrong, let's not be hypocrites now, working in a call center IS all about the money. It's not like you can make a career out of this industry and grow old here. Syempre naman, if you're gonna be in the night shift, talk all night, and waste your weekends taking calls, you would want to get lots of money for it.. or money you deserve.
